1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PORUZ Kimodo ("Service"), an AI-powered 3D motion generation platform operated by PORUZ, a sole proprietorship owned by Purusothaman R, based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

By registering or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PORUZ Kimodo generates 3D skeletal motion animations from text prompts using AI. The Service provides motion data files in formats including FBX, BVH, NPZ, CSV, and AMASS for use in game development, animation, robotics, and related fields.

3. Account & Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and verify it via OTP to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans & Pricing

  • Free plan: 3 generations per day, no payment required.
  • Paid plans (Creator, Pro, Studio): Monthly subscriptions with higher generation limits.
  • Prices are listed in USD for international users and INR (plus 18% GST) for Indian users.
  • Paid subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6. Generated Content & Ownership

  • You own the motion animation files generated through your account.
  • You may use generated animations for any purpose, including commercial projects.
  • PORUZ does not claim ownership over your generated content.
  • The underlying AI model (NVIDIA Kimodo) is licensed under Apache 2.0.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the Service.
  • Do not use automated tools to circumvent rate limits or generation quotas.
  • Do not reverse-engineer the AI models or Service infrastructure.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. No compensation is provided for downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PORUZ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or inaccurate output.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
