- We do NOT store credit card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details — all payment processing is handled by Razorpay

- We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website

- Your data is stored on our secure server in India
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
- All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- JWT tokens are used for session authentication with 7-day expiry
- Generated motion files are stored on our server and accessible only to you
6. Generated Content
- Your text prompts are used solely to generate motion animations
- We do not use your prompts to train AI models
- Generated motion files belong to you and can be deleted from your history
7. Your Rights
- Access: You can view all your data through your account dashboard
- Update: You can update your billing profile at any time
- Delete: Contact us at support@poruz.com to request account deletion
- Export: You can download all your generated motion files from the history page
8. Cookies
- Essential: JWT authentication token stored in localStorage (required for the Service to function)
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies for usage tracking
9. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
